Returns & Refunds
Kezual does not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed, it is considered final and non-reversible.
No claims for refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals will be entertained for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, incorrect size selection, change of mind, delivery refusal, or delayed delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted strictly at Kezual’s sole discretion and are subject to the conditions outlined below:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 (two) calendar days from the delivery date via our website here.
- Customers must submit the official exchange request form within the stipulated timeframe.
- Approval of an exchange request is not guaranteed and is subject to verification, inspection, product availability, and policy compliance.
- Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, unworn condition, with all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
- Each order is eligible for only one (1) exchange.
- Exchanges are applicable for both COD and prepaid orders, unless explicitly denied by Kezual.
Manufacturing Defects & Dispatch Errors
In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error attributable solely to Kezual:
- An exchange may be provided free of charge, subject to verification and inspection.
- Customers must submit the exchange request within the prescribed timeline using the official form.
- Items must be returned in original condition, without usage or damage caused by the customer.Kezual’s inspection decision shall be final and binding.
- If no defect or error is found upon inspection, the exchange request will be rejected, and the item will not be re-dispatched.
Split COD (Partial Payment) — Strictly Non-Refundable
For Split COD orders, a non-refundable partial payment of ₹199 is collected at checkout via Kezual’s payment system. The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.
The ₹199 partial payment is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Cancellation before dispatch
- Cancellation after dispatch
- Delivery refusal or non-acceptance
- Exchange request initiation or rejection
- Failed delivery attemptsCustomer unavailability
By placing a Split COD order, the customer expressly agrees and legally acknowledges that the ₹199 partial payment is forfeited and cannot be reclaimed under any condition.
Shipping, Returns & Refusals
- Kezual does not accept returns of any kind.
- Any shipment returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or customer unavailability will not qualify for refunds or re-shipment, unless expressly approved by Kezual.
- All shipping-related decisions, including re-shipment or denial thereof, shall be at Kezual’s sole discretion.
Right to Refuse Service
Kezual reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny exchanges in cases of suspected misuse, policy abuse, fraudulent activity, repeated return behavior, or violation of any stated terms, without prior notice or liability.
