Welcome to Kezual! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
1. General Information
- Kezual (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.kezual.com.
- These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the website.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
2. Products and Orders
- All products are subject to availability.
- Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur.
- Kezual reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, inaccurate product or pricing information or issues with payment.
3. Payment Policy
- We accept multiple payment methods, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Split Cash on Delivery (Split COD) powered by our checkout system.
- For Split COD orders, customers must pay ₹199 as a mandatory, non-refundable partial payment during checkout, and the remaining amount at the time of delivery to the courier agent.
- Online UPI and card payments may be eligible for offers or discounts, which will be displayed at checkout before placing the order.
- If a customer cancels a Split COD order at any stage, the ₹199 partial payment will not be refunded, even if the order has not been dispatched or delivered. By placing the order, the customer agrees to this non-refund condition.
- For Split COD orders, the ₹199 partial payment is strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to cases of order cancellation (before or after dispatch), delivery refusal, or initiation of an exchange request. By placing a Split COD order, the customer explicitly agrees to this condition.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via our trusted courier partners.
- Estimated delivery time will vary based on the location.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
5. Return and Exchange Policy

Returns & Refunds:
Kezual does not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are permitted only within 2 days of delivery, subject to stock availability and successful quality inspection. Customers must submit an exchange request through the designated exchange request within the specified period. Exchanges are applicable to both COD and prepaid orders.

Manufacturing Defects / Errors:
In cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part, exchanges will be processed free of charge after inspection. The product must be returned in its original condition. Kezual reserves the right to approve or reject such requests after verification.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
- Approved cancellations do not qualify for refund of the ₹199 partial payment as stated in Section 3.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, including designs, images, and text, on Kezual is the intellectual property of Kezual. Reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Kezual is not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, courier issues, or other external factors.
- We are not liable for any misuse or unintended use of our products.
9. Privacy Policy
- Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with this policy.
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
